The IEED leadership program is designed to help people make the most of their human capital overall, in order to increase the benefits of its balance. During workshops on human capital, concepts are mainly based on experimental tools. A mastery of the concepts of knowledge transfer, to have an impact: Empathy, Respect, Authenticity and Rigor.
